Jacksonville Zoo

We got to visit the Jacksonville Zoo!
This was the first time that daddy
had ever been!

We really wanted to catch this bird!

We thought we could sneak up on him!

Yep, it worked!

Feeding the Stingrays!

Here one comes!

What?

Nana, this one is for you!

We liked this birds hair!

We loved the big lion!

Our favorite!

Riding on the Elephant's Trunk!

I am almost as tall as the
Elephant's legs.

Riding on an alligator's tail.

This would make a cool slide!

Taking a break in the shade!

What a pretty Kitty Cat!

I really enjoyed watching the otters!

They tried to kiss me!

Daddy's got a bird on his head!

Riding a Seahorse!

This is fun, fun!

Hey Daddy!

Daddy's Girls

Playing in the spider web!

Went across to the tree house.

There was a really cool playground
and water park in the zoo.
Unfortunately we didn't make it to the
kids water park before it closed!
I think mama and daddy planned it that way!
They see public water parks and they
see C-Diff!

Shark's Teeth

As we were entering Fort Clinch State Park
the lady told us that if we went to the right of the fort
we would find lots and lots of shark's teeth!

So we went to the right of the fort!

Okay, I never looked really hard for
shark's teeth!

Searching!!!

Searching!!

Searching!!

Searching!!

And Searching!
We don't think the women knew what
she was talking about.
Maybe she meant the other "right"?
But we didn't find even one shark's tooth!
Better luck next time!

I Hate Spiders

By Mackenzie
I will play with toads, frogs and even snakes
but I will not even walk in the same direction as
a spider! I don't like them at all!

As we were leaving Fort Clinch daddy
spotted this really HUGE spider!

I was sitting over with Kaitlann but when daddy
mentioned the word spider I took off!
Although, it was a whole sidewalk width from
me I just didn't want to be that close!

Fort Clinch

On Tuesday morning we visited
Fort Clinch!
It was the coolest thing!
We pretended like it was our castle
with all of the stairs and hidden passages!

There were several long
tunnels and passages at the fort!

They call me the "Poky Little Puppy"!

Our daddy is strong!!
And crazy!

We tried really hard not to fall off into the ocean!
It was really pretty on top of the fort!

Yes, mama was on our trip with us!
She was just taking most of the pictures!

Yes, it was a bit windy!

A picture of our whole family!!
Between the sun and the wind this is
as good as it gets!

Mad, Mad, Mad

I am really good at pouting!

If things don't go my way, this is what happens!

Can you believe that they are making fun of me?
I was actually crying now because I had a
sand spur in my foot, but they thought I was still mad!

Potty Break!!!

Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies and Cream

After spending some time on the beach
we decided to head downtown to
Fantastic Fudge for some
ice cream!

Had to stop and get a picture
with "Peg Leg" the pirate!!

Enjoying our ice cream until it
started raining on us!

The rain didn't stop me from enjoying
every bit of my ice cream

Good Stuff

Many of you know that I don't eat
much when I eat but I ate this whole
ice cream! I do like my sweets!

Taking my time and enjoying every
single bite!

First one finished with their ice cream!
I have discovered Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
and LOVE IT!

Big Cheese!

Here we are at Trailer Park Collectibles!

Mama saw this place the last time we were there
so she wanted to check it out!

It was defiantly trailer park "junk"!
Some antiques but mostly junk!

We found this really cool shark walking
around the marina.
It almost took off daddy's hand!

A Big kiss for a Big shark!

Still more pictures to come!

Deut 6:5-9

You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
"And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
