Here Comes The Bride

Aunt Kimmy's Wedding finally got here.
We have been waiting for months for the
big day. We had a great time. We didn't get
as many snapshots as we would have liked because
we had so much going on.
But here are some we got! Enjoy!!

We are waiting on orders about
where to stand for pictures!

Finding things to do with our time
before the wedding starts!
Mama wouldn't let us play on
the playground that was right next to us!

Well, I decided I wanted mama to
carry me down the aisle
instead of walking with Mackenzie.
But what did you expect I am only
20 months old!

I am doing my flower girl job
without being carried by mama.

Papa and Aunt Kimmy waiting to come
down the aisle!

Now we pronounce
Aunt Kimmy and Uncle Brett!

I wondered around a bit during the
wedding and took of my sash!
I walked between Aunt Kimmy
and Uncle Brett as they were going down
the aisle!

We are waiting for our turn to leave!

Daddy's Girl!

The cake was so beautiful and
yummy!

Deer Hunting With Daddy

Daddy took me deer hunting on Thursday evening.
I had a great time! We didn't see any deer while
we were hunting. But it was a challenge for me to be
still and quiet! But we had a wonderful
time! I can't wait to go back!

Daddy's Deer

Deer season started on Saturday so daddy has enjoyed
getting out of the house and into the woods
for a little hunting.
He went on Saturday morning and killed a little
button buck and then on Monday morning
he killed this 6 point!

I can't wait to shoot my very first deer.
Daddy was so excited about this deer.

Us girls loved seeing the deer close up.
It didn't bother us at all that he was dead!

Pumpkin Carving

Every Fall we carve pumpkins!
Daddy and Mama even did it before they
had us wonderful girls!

Here we are trying to decide whether the
cross is straight.
Daddy drew them free-handed!

Before we could cut the cross out we had
to take out the seeds!
That was a yucky, sticky, slimy job!

Kaitlann decided she wanted to get
in on the action as well as Lola!

See my pretty pumpkin.
I only wanted one cross on mine
and Kaitlann wanted three on hers!

Here are the finished products!
We never got around to taking pictures
of the pumpkins in front of the scarecrows!
Now are camera is messed up and we can't.
Hopefully we will get it fixed today!

Kait The Great Update

I am doing wonderful after having my
tubes put in my ears on Friday Morning!
The medicine they gave me was really cool!
Everything was funny!
I even went with the nurse without screaming
for my mommy and daddy!
Hopefully I will not get any ear infections
ever again!

I also think I am on the upside of C-Diff.
It has been 7 days since my last dose
of antibiotics.

I am almost 20 months old and I weigh
about 25 lbs.
I am still wearing 12 month pants for the most part.
I am also getting potty trained!
I am doing very well!
Mama is very very proud of me!

I am also talking a lot.
I am starting to put words together!
I am learning to count and
my ABC's!

This whole growing up thing is
pretty cool. I can do
all kinds of things like my
big sister Mackenzie!

Tennessee

This past weekend we got to make a short
trip to Tennessee to visit Grandmama, Pop and Nana!
We got there on Thursday evening for dinner and
left on Saturday right after lunch!
While we were there we went to the Zoo and to
Cades Cove.

We had a wonderful time while we were there.
We are looking forward to going back at
Thanksgiving to visit with them and our cousins
Madison and Luke!
We can't wait to play with them again!

Candy Apples!!!!

The other night we took a trip to the "huge"
Tifton Fair. We forgot to take the camera. But we
were only there about 30 minutes. Mackenzie got sick
after riding a ride. We thought it was just motion
sickness but later that night she started running a fever.
It was just a 24 hour bug!
But I did get to buy me a Candy Apple!

I think this was the best thing I had ever eaten!
Especially after not having much sugar the
last few weeks because of my bacterial infection!

One BIG Lollipop!

I had to be stripped of my clothes
and put in the tub!
********************************
Well, I am off on Friday morning to have tubes
put in my ears!! Hopefully I want have
anymore ear infections that I can't get rid of!

South Georgia Fun

On Sunday evening we didn't have church
so our youth and college students got together
to play mud volleyball!
I guess that's what people do down here
in South Georgia do to have fun!

And I have to say myself it was pretty fun!

I was playing in the mud when I got tackled
by a volleyball player on accident!

After the game a few of us just decided to sit
in the mud and chat!

I am not sure if they are playing volleyball
or just tackling each other!

Here I am with my friend Dean!
He was a little scared to get dirty at first!

We had a wonderful time with our trucks in the mud!

A quick picture with daddy!

Daddy was trying to get me so he could bury me!
But we wasn't quick enough!

Daddy just hanging out watching the ball!

Here they are before they got good and dirty!

Me and mama managed to stay out of the mud.
My ears were not feeling good so I just set
and played with Granny J.

I also had Mr. Ricky to play with.
Him and Mrs. Jane are two of my most
favorite people at church!

Aunt Kimmy's Wedding Showers

Aunt Kimmy's Wedding Day is getting closer.
25 Days to go.
We have had so much fun at her showers
opening her gifts. She's gotten all kinds
of good things!

I had to get a quick picture with Aunt Kimmy
before the fun began!

Aunt Kimmy doesn't know how to open gifts.
We had to give her a few tips!
She just wasn't fast enough!

Aunt Kimmy was over checking out the food!
She is like us, food is very important to her!

I had to take a break opening gifts to
play with a few toys!

Yep, she's 20 years old, getting married
but still acts like this!
I hope she doesn't make that face on her wedding day!

Going Fishing

On Friday we decided we would have a family
fishing day! It has been beautiful weather
and we thought we needed to get outside.
C-Diff, Ear Infections and All!

Yeah, I traded fishing rods with daddy!
Mama and daddy tried to tell me that
my chair was going to roll into the pond,
but I had to prove them WRONG!

Yep, I wanted daddy's fishing rod too!

Look at this monster fish
I caught!!

I had so much fun fishing.
I am not sure daddy and mama did!

Another monster fish.
It's almost as big as my finger!

Trying to try fall into the pond.
But no one did!

Deut 6:5-9

You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
"And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
