SUPERWOW

On Monday morning we left for Jekyell Island to go to a
Youth Conference called SUPERWOW!
We had a great time. Daddy and Mama got
to get to know some of the youth better.
Which was the reason we all went when we had
four other adults going. We got to have a lot of fun in the pool and
on the beach while mama, daddy, the 6 girls we took went to
conferences and Worship services!

Here we are with our group!
Only six girls went. The boys and some
of the other girls had jobs they had to stay behind and do!
One day we had a missions project to do.
We went to a childrens home and did some clean up
we also got to play volleyball, kickball, and paint with some of the kids.
We were not allowed to take pictures of the children.
The children were from the age of 12-18.
They came from very abusive homes.
Some were physical, sexual and mental abused kids.
Most of them were really messed up
because they were crack babies!
It was really sad. But they were all so nice to us.
And they were very excited about us spending time with them!
Here I am just chilling on this block!
They told me that I was doing a good job with it!

I am hanging out with granny G and Granny J!
Mrs. Georgia and Mrs. Jane!

I am hard at work with water bottle at hand!

Working with Brooke, Ashley, Emily and Ally!
It's a hard job but somebody has to do it!

We had lots of pool time.
I learned how to jump in the pool with
swimmies and without swimmies!
I did a lot of belly flops!

Mama didn't get any pictures with out my floats.
But I sure did love to jump both in the shallow end
and the deep end!

Here I come mama! Are you going to catch me?

Mama, don't let me go in head first!

Swimming is so much fun.
But I don't like any kind of float!

Oh, the sun was so bright!

Here I go again.
They tried to teach me to swim.
I got the legs down but still working on the arms.
Yeah, I know I am cute!

We had a great trip!
Mama didn't get any pictures of us on the beach.
Because she never got to go with us.
But I think some body else did.
So when we get them we will post them!
***************************************************
We are off to TN on Monday to see Grandmama and Pop!
Yeah!!
We can't wait!

Going to the Chapel

I have been wondering why everyone is getting married!
Daddy and I went to a wedding in Maine a couple of weeks ago,
We have Dan and Katies's wedding in July, and of
course we have my Aunt Kimmy and Uncle Brett's wedding in October. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
Oh, and I am going to get married to Ben when he
gets big and I get over my cough!

Mama decided to show me her wedding dress when
her and daddy got married since I wasn't able to attend!
I don't understand why you have to wear a white or ivory dress.
I told mama that when Ben and I get married I am going to
wear my pink princess dress and my pink heels!
Oh, and there isn't going to be a Bride!
Mama was a bit confused about that statement!

I was having a little trouble walking in mama's wedding dress.
It was just a little big for me! I have just had many
questions about weddings. So if anyone can
help me out feel free!
Oh, what 3 year olds come up with!

Slip-n-Slide

When it is 100+ degrees you have to either enjoy
water activities outside or stay inside and play!
So we bought a Slip-N-Slide along with
our 2nd pool for the season!
We have not figured out the slip-n-slide yet!
But we sure do enjoy it!

Okay, here I go!!

Going, Going, Gone!

Yep, that was fun!
I just enjoy running through the water
and laying down at the end!
This is the best!

Okay Mackenzie, tell me what I need to do next!
She is a slip-n-slide pro as you probably
noticed from the pictures above!
My big sister is the best at teaching me new things!

I think I might try to drink some of this water?
What do you think?

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, I know I am pretty!

Look what I found!
A water balloon!
I am a really good aim.
Okay, if you don't get me out of this pool
and put me down for a nap then I guess
I will have to get out myself!
Swimming in 100+ degrees is hard work
and is very tiresome!

Maine

This past Thursday morning daddy and I woke up at 2:15am
to go to Jacksonville to catch a 6:30am flight to Maine!
Daddy had a wedding to do on Saturday and I thought
it would be a great time for me to spend with
my friend Ben, his mama Heather, and daddy Andrew!
We got back home on Saturday night, well actually Sunday
morning at 2:30! We had a great time in Maine.
It was good to see friends, our old house
(that someone else now lives in)
and Maine! I really wanted to stay at my old house,
in my purple bedroom. But I guess when someone else buys
your house you can't stay there anymore?!
I just don't understand!

Ben has a pond behind his house so we went to catch frogs!!
Ben is 5 years old and will be 6 soon.
But we are the best of friends.
We are two of a kind.
We like to tumble, argue and play together.

We had the greatest time together.
We get to go back to visit him in July.
We both get to be in Katie and Dan's wedding!
That should be interesting!!!

We will also have time to visit with each other,
and play with each other. Our whole family will
go on the trip in July. So mama will get to visit
with her friend Heather and others!

We thought we would spend some time
together on the swing!

Here I am with Daddy all dressed up for the wedding!

Look how cute!!!

I think Mrs. Heather had her hands
full with the both of us!

Just checking out the Limo that Joel and Kelly
will be riding in! We thought it was pretty cool!

The things you can do with pillow cases on an airplane!
I love riding airplanes. That was one of the exciting
things I looked forward to on my trip.
I have made at least 7-8 trips (if not more) on airplanes
in my 3 years of life! I guess I am a pro at it now!
Yep, it was me under that pillow case!
I had the best time on the plane!
We didn't have any bumps going
or coming until we caught up with
Tropical Storm Barry.
But even then it wasn't too bad!
I am glad to be back home with mama and Kaitlann!
But I can't wait to go back and visit Maine!

Deut 6:5-9

You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
"And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
