Peru

Here are more pictures from Peru as promised.
Daddy and Grandmama both had a wonderful time!
We are glad to have them back home!

This is a picture of the whole Mission Team
after church on Sunday morning.

Grandmama and Daddy.
They both went on their very first
international mission trip together!

Looking over the village where they handed
out candy and flip flops!

Doesn't Daddy look handsome in his
new hat?
He gave away his cap that he took
to wear over there.
Some one asked if they could have it and
of course he gave it to them!

This was daddy's meal over in the Yanamarca Valley.
They got a ball of rice with every meal and meat!
Notice the head is still on the fish!
Daddy said that it was wonderful!

Yanamarca Vally View!
Notice the grass.
There was very little grass in Lima!

Everyone said the kids were great.
Very polite and sweet.

Not sure if you can see what they are playing with
but it is scorpions that they found under the rocks?!!

Daddy is standing here in front of the bus
preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
The people would hoard around to hear
the gospel and many got saved!

Looking over the Children's Home!

This is baby Emma!
Baby Emma fell in love with daddy!
And Daddy fell in love with Emma too!
I think he would have brought her home if
he could have!
She wouldn't go to anyone except for him!

I think grandmama would have brought
some babies home too for us if she could have!

Too Cute!

Ms. Margaret rolling down the hill
with the children.
Note: she is 74!
She had a wonderful time on
her first international mission trip!
So you are never too old to do missions!

Dinner time!
There were 11 babies under the age
of 2 at the children's home.
I think there were 40 children in all!

We are thinking about all going to Peru
next year.
I guess we will have to wait and see
how everything goes!

Deut 6:5-9

You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
"And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
